Polly Judge is an artist living and working in Margate, Kent.

With her background in styling, Polly Judge’s inherent love of texture, pattern and collage enrich her meticulously layered works.  Half forgotten memories from her family photo album are laced with a sense of melancholy nostalgia as the artist searches for family memories she never experienced through her practice. 

She is drawn to simple, domestic scenes where a candid moment is frozen in time. Building up her figurative works by mood boarding with archival images and adding in studied vintage interiors, her works are both a response to her every day surroundings and the gentle pull she feels to her past.
